How to use
Apply a thin layer (with clean, dry fingers) to sore nipples after breastfeeding, as needed. 

Baby friendly - does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding (although any excess can be wiped off).

For best results, use nightly in the pre-birth period - research shows that starting topical products pre-birth is more effective at reducing breast-feeding nipple pain than starting during breastfeeding.
